Hi guiz I dont really upload my experiments and usual fuckingarounds but I kinda liked this one!!
Ummm it doesnt look like it but this was a painting so there was no sketch and no lineart haha BUT IN THE END ALL MY WORK LOOKS LIKE LINEART OMG /criesmyselftosleep
but anyway i was basically doing a normal markertool painty thingy then i basically overlayed / dodged tons of colors on top to see how that would work out and here you go
Just a few things on it: -I've been interested in bringing out more color in my work in order to make it more alive colorwise? Maybe not this much but i've been experimenting a lot about it and i hope to kinda of grow towards a larger use of colors (and notably vivid ones) -I wasnt sure of what I was doing and the top and the hair ended up looking the same color, if I had to do this again I would test out how to make things like that look like different colors/things without making them look conflicting. So I would fix that. -ofcourse I feel like I would work the colors in a bit more and start with the mindset of knowing what i want to do?
Very nice! There's so much color and sparkles, it sure is pretty The colors do look like they're being cast on her by some disco ball / etc, I'm not sure this is what you were aiming for, but it looks neat C:
I've looked at this twice now since it keeps appearing in the More from Deviantart section. Sort of makes me think about things from my childhood, like a toy pony with a rainbow mane, and raspberry flavored chewing gum in a pink wrapper. At one point I would've picked rainbow as my favorite color, even though it's not technically a color. Now I'm wondering if a picture can be so sweet it gives people diabetes.
Haha interesting! That sounds nice, I'm glad it makes you think those things - hopefully they leave somewhat of sweet taste in your mind and do not have any negative thoughts binded to them. If a picture could give one diabetes, it must indeed be rather sweet heheh
You silly, your works are already filled with tons of b-e-a-u-tiful colors. But experiments are always good, yeah? It will bring your works to new heights! Maybe you should try creating a work with more contrasting colors, hm? It certainly mixes things up a bit.
